Bio-compatible houses
Bio-compatible houses, only when people are in a deep state of wellbeing, can they be more productive and more creative. They can also relate better with themselves and the others. They are more motivated to improve their quality of life. This is the premiss for creating a comfortable and stimulating environment; a "live environment" that reflects individual needs; with the psycho-physical wellbeing as the ultimate goal. This concept is applied while designing the following different housing typologies:
- multi-unit buildings designed as if they were single houses (high quality thermal insulation and noise insulation);
- Luxury houses for environmentally concerned owners;
- Villas located where sourcing of renewable energy is easier.
